Research on Improved EMD Algorithm Based on FastICA

The Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) has significant advantages in nonlinear and nonsteady response signal processing algorithms, but in the actual application process, the EMD existed some defects, in which the modal aliasing and false mode phenomenon is most prominent, the modal aliasing phenomenon can be simple in the 1 intrinsic mode function (IMF) containing more than one order structure of intrinsic mode components. The false mode phenomenon is the frequency component that should not be existed, which has a serious influence on the identification accuracy of structural modal parameters. To solve this problem, this paper studies the above two defects in EMD, and proposes an improved EMD algorithm which combines the fast ICA algorithm (FastICA) in frequency band filtering and independent component analysis (ICA) algorithm. The structure frequency is identified by hilbert transform (HT), and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the the Benchmark structure.

Static Simulation Research and System Design of Gas Transmission Pipeline Network

With the continuous development of gas transmission pipeline technology, application of computer simulation technology in the gas pipeline network is also increasing. The simulation model combined with the computer, can be effectively applied to the actual production, the true performance of the gas flow rule of gas in transmission line to ensure that natural gas pipeline reasonable optimization operation. Based on a comprehensive, systematic study of TGNET, SPS and other software ,useing the equation MBWRS equation of state the most accurate current gas properties calculation, and the fourth order RungeKutta method to solve the gas pipe network steady flow differential equations. And by means of C# software, combined with the advantages of related software, give full consideration to the initial and boundary conditions as well as the gas pipeline JouleThomson effect, etc. The simulation software is developed, and it's more suitable for compressors, pipes, valves, gas and other components of the source of arbitrary network. Compared with the TGNET software, the calculate results are reliable,and can be used as the initial value of the unsteady flow simulation,which has higher engineering application value.

An Investigation on the Time Relaxation Parameter Used in Boiling  Simulation of Helical Coil Heat Exchanger ShellSide

The volume of fluid (VOF) model which was a multiphase flow model in ANSYS Fluent software was used to simulate the shellside boiling of helical coil heat exchanger (HCHE), the time relaxation parameter which dominated mass transfer was studied by equivalentevaporating method, and the value of time relaxation parameter was recommended as 3 s -1 for ethane and propane. The value of time relaxation parameter was also verified by heat transfer deviation. The equivalentevaporating method which was proposed could be used in all kinds of boiling simulations, and had good application value for mass transfer calculation.

A Method of Connection Reliability Analysis of Bolted Flange Systems

Dynamic reliability models and failure rate models of bolted flange systems were developed, which took into account the failure dependence of components in the systems. It was proposed that the traditional static reliability models could not accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of reliability and failure rate of bolted flange systems. Moreover, the effects of failure dependence on system reliability and failure rate were analyzed via numerical examples. The results showed that the failure dependence had great influences on system reliability. Furthermore, the assumption that components in a system were independent of each other might cause large error in system reliability estimation. Traditional assumption of constant failure rate for mechanical systems might underestimate the system reliability. The increase in the number of bolts could enhance the ability of the system to resist the risk of failure.

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation for Engineering  Mode of Offshore Oil and Gas Fields

The reliability, economy and adaptability of offshore oil and gas field development offshore are determined by the rational offshore development. Based on the evaluation model of single index, the weight of each index and rating grades are established by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Then, the comprehensive evaluation model that considers reliability, adaptability and economy of offshore oil and gas fields is proposed, in order to evaluate and optimize the engineering model of offshore fields, which is essential to develop offshore field economically and reasonably. The results shows that the model is more comprehensive objective and effective, which could avoid the defects of single index evaluation and provide a more systematic evaluation method for the optimization of offshore engineering modle.

This special flow pattern damaged the equipment, production and so on. Therefore, the simulation and the research for the severe slug flow of the marine riser system had very important significance. The research was summarized by the domestic and foreign scholars on the severe slug flow of the multiphase flow riser system, including its research methods, mechanism and characteristic parameters and theoretical model, etc,which provided a reference for further study of severe slug flow in riser system.

The Effect Analysis of Settlement of Soil on Stress Fields of  Horizontal Section of Crossing Pipeline Structure

Based on the aerial crossing pipeline structure was widely used in the construction of longdistance pipeline, due to the particularity of its structure, crossing structure extremely vulnerable to soil collapse and other geological disasters. The stress field variation law of the horizontal pipeline section of the crossing structure was studied by establishing the finite element model of the interaction between the buried pipeline and the soil. A detailed analysis of the stress changes in the pipeline was obtained when crossing pipeline structure used different horizontal pipeline section. The maximum stress value along with the variation of the settlement range of the horizontal pipeline was studied when the length of the horizontal pipe was 20 meters. The research showed that the range of horizontal section of crossing pipeline structure and soil sedimentation had greater impact on the stress field in the pipeline crossing the structure. 

Enhanced Removal of the Mechanical Impurities in OilSandsOil  from Indonesia by UltrasoundSedimentation Method

The subject of experiment is oilsandsoil with high mechanical impurity. The study on the enhanced removal of mechanical impurities in oilsandsoil was carried out by ultrasonicsedimentation method. The effect factors including ultrasonic separation time, proportion of coking diesel oil, sedimentation time and sedimentation temperature were studied, respectively. The suitable conditions of demulsification and deimpurity in Indonesia's oilsandsoil were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional sedimentation method, the removal rate of mechanical impurities in oilsandsoil is increased by more than 10% by ultrasonicsedimentation method. With the increase of the proportion of coking diesel oil, sedimentation time and sedimentation temperature, the proportion of mechanical impurities in oil sands decreased and the removal rate of mechanical impurities gradually increased. The proportion of coking diesel oil was the most important factor on the mechanical impurity proportion of refined oil. The optimum conditions for the removal of mechanical impurities by ultrasonicsedimentation method are as follows: the sedimentation temperature of 80 ℃, sedimentation time of 4.4 h, ultrasonic cleaning time 10.4 min and the mass proportion of coker diesel oil of 30.9%. Under the optimal conditions, the minimum mechanical impurity in the oilsandsoil was 0.26%.

Change Law of Four Fractions in Residue Hydrotreating Catalyst Grading System

Taking 3 kinds of atmospheric residue from Shengli, Zhongdong and Suizhong as raw materials and using series residue hydrotreating technology, the residual carbon and four components in raw material were analyzed in the process of removing metal, desulfurization and denitrification reactor. The results showed that the residual carbon, resin and asphaltene mass proportion of 3 kinds of atmospheric residue were decreased obviously after hydrogenation treatment with graded catalyst system. Compared with the raw oil, carbon residue and asphaltene decreased in metal removal process, saturated mass fractions in metal removal, desulfurization and denitrification reactor to generate oil increase regularly, aromatics mass fraction regularly decreased.

Summary of Development Pattern and Development Effect Evaluation of Bohai YOil field

        In order to effectively and rapidly develop the offshore fluvial faces oilfield, the development pattern of the oilfield is investigated from four aspects which are based on the features of geology and development for Bohai Y oilfield. The four aspects include, fine water injection to maintain formation pressure, combine and divide layer series of development by single sand body, well pattern optimization technology for single sand body and comprehensive adjustment by combining water extraction and water control. Development effects for each single development index developed at the development pattern of Bohai Y oilfield are calculated by reservoir engineering methods. Then the comprehensive development effects are evaluated. Results manifest that, development pattern of Bohai Y oilfield is suitable for most offshore fluvial faces oilfield. The development period  can effectively shorten the development period of offshore oil fields and improve the ultimate recovery of oil field by applying this development pattern.

Preparation and Performance of Polyaniline Intercalated Molybdenum Trioxide Composites Photocatalysts

       The aniline intercalated MoO3 organic-inorganic hybrid compound as precursor was prepared. Then it was treated as Oxidative polymerization in air atmosphere at 120 ℃, the polyaniline intercalated MoO3 composite was constructed. Rhodamine B (RhB) was used as the target degradation material, and the photocatalytic of MoO3 composite was investigated The effects of light time, catalyst dosage and pH value on photocatalytic degradation efficiency were studied. The results show that the MoO3/PANI composites have good photocatalytic degradation effect on Rhodamine B under the conditions of pH value of 1~4, catalyst mass concentration of 0.30~0.40 g/L and illumination time of 2.0 h, moreover that the highest degradation rate is up to 98.00%.

Synthesis,Characterization and Catalytic Reaction of UiO-66-NH 2 Supported Pd Catalyst

The heterogeneous bifunctional catalyst UiO-66NH 2/Pd with Pd nanoparticles has been prepared on metal-organic framework of UiO-66-NH 2 using the impregnation and reduction method. The materials were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The resulting material of UiO-66-NH 2/Pd was further evaluated as a potential bifunctional heterogeneous catalyst for olefine hydrogenations and Knoevenagel condensation between benzaldehyde and ethyl cyanoacetate. The results showed that the weight percent of Pd in UiO-66-NH 2/Pd was 3.4% and the average Pd particle size of was about 1 nm. The introduction of Pd nanoparticles did not change the framework integrity of UiO-66-NH 2. The resulting bifunctional catalyst of UiO66NH2/Pd was first tested in olefine hydrogenations and the results demonstrated that the material was active and stable as a heterogeneous catalyst. It could be reused for at least 6 times without significant loss of its catalytic performance in styrene hydrogenation. Remarkably, its structure was stable during the reactions. Furthermore, it also showed good activity and recycle stability in Knoevenagel condensation between benzaldehyde and ethyl cyanoacetate.

Through the calculation of all the expenses for insulation layer and the list analysis, the thickness of insulation layer corresponding to the minimum total cost was found.        Therefore the economic thickness was obtained to achieve the purpose of saving energy. The calculation results showed that the new method can scientifically reflect the relationship between the annual total cost and the thickness of insulation layer. And the method is straightforward and improve the design efficiency and quality greatly.

Application of P-R Equation in Thermophysical Property Calculation of Natural Gas

It is necessary to calculate natural gas thermophysical property parameters in the water power and thermodynamic calculation of pipelines. The method of solving each physical property parameter of natural gas and solving process were introduced in detail. The compression factor of nitrogen gas was obtained by using Van der Waals equation, RKS equation, P-R equation and BWRS equation respectively. It is concluded from the comparison of the experiment data that as a two-parameter cubic equation, the P-R has more accuracy than that of the Van der Waals and the RKS equation, but slightly lower accuracy than that of BWRS equation. But P-R equation has less number of parameters and is easier to compute and determine parameters. Therefore, the P-R equation gets an extensive application in the area of thermophysical property calculation.

Comprehensive Utilization of Heat Energy in Steam Displacing Gathering and Transportation System

        As the steam displacing project was implemented at block qi40 in Huanxiling oil recovery factory , the process parameters of steam displacing gathering and transportation system will change .Especially the temperature of oil -well output liquid will greatly increase up to 150 ℃.The high temperature will bring out lager superfluous heat .The main aims of the research are how to recovery and make use of the superfluous heat effectively , to reduce the production and operation cost .After consulting documents and analysis three initial plans were established .They are centralized heat exchange at combined station , centralized heat exchange at metering station and heat exchange at well head respectively .Based on the results of thermal calculation of gathering and transportation system and type selection calculation of heat exchanger , the three plans were compared from economy .The result indicates that the initial investment of centralized heat exchange at combined station plan is smallest and that the heat efficiency of heat exchange at well head plan is highest .

The Corrosion Protection of Hot -Dip Aluminizing on 20 # Steel

  Taking 20 # steel commonly used in heat exchanges as a study object , its anticorrosion of hot -dip aluminizing was researched.As for before and after samples were hot -dip aluminized in acid and alkali corrosion medium , portable apparatus for measuring the instantaneous corrosion rate was used to test the yearly corrosion rate of 20 # steel .The experiment results show that the average yearly corrosion rate of 20 # steel before hot -dip aluminizing is three to six times of that after hot -dip aluminizing .Through the analysis for the mechanism , it has been proved that the heat exchanger will have good corrosion protection after hot -dip aluminizing .

Influence of Different Calculation Methods on Cetane Index Value of Diesel Fuel

    The cetane index values of diesel fuel were calculated by the formula calculation and figure calculation method provided by the two standards of GB/ T11139(Distillate fuels -calculation of cetane index)and S H/ T0694 -2000(Calculation of cetane index of middle -distillate fuels by the four -variable equation).The difference of calculated cetane index values with the two methods and the reason for the difference were analyzed .The results indicate that different calculated values could be obtained by the two methods of formula calculation and figure calculation.The values of cetane index would decrease with the increasing of the density at the constant distillate temperature , and increase with the increasing of the distillate temperature at the constant density .In the most situations , the values calculated by formula calculation would be larger than those by figure calculation.

    Owing to pipelines severe vibration because of running of J -63 inketone -benzo l-dew axing plant of the No .2 oil factory in Fushun, the pipeline system can't work stably , which impacts the safety production.Numerical simulation of pipeline system was calculated for the modal analysis , consonance dynamic and steady -state analysis .The reason of pipeline vibration was analyzed using finite element method(FEM), and the pipeline vibration was detected o n-site through state test and failure diagnosis system of CAMD-6100 rotator .It indicates that the simulation result of FEM is approximated to the test result on the spot.The reasonable pipeline structure parameters can be found on the basis of analyzing dynamic vibration performance of pipelines for reducing vibration and enhancing the production security .

Evaluation Method of T emperature Drop of Oil - Gas Two - Phase Flow

    The temperature drop of oil - gas gathering pipelines is mainly related to pressure drop and coefficient of over all heat transmission. The instability of flow along pipelines and the varieties of flow pattern lead to many differences in calculation ways of pressure drop. After taking into account the influence of the aver age gas ratio and Joule - Thomson effect on temperature drop , a mathematical model of oil - gas two - phase flow was established in the oil - gas gathering pipelines. The Baker flow pattern was adopted for evaluating oil - gas two - phase flow . Its result is superior to the result from Sukhov formula. It indicates that the method can increase the calculation accuracy of temperature drop o f oil - gas two - phase flow .

Alkylation of Benzene With 1 -Dodecene Over the WO 3 /ZrO 2 Solid Acid

    The liquid -phase alkylation of benzene with 1 -dodecene was carried out over WO 3/ZrO 2 solid super acid catalysts, which was prepared by reaction of zirconium oxyhydroxide with ammoniumme tatung state with wet impregnation method.All the catalysts were characterized.The effects of the calcination temperatures, WO 3 loading , reaction times , the mole ratio of benzene and 1-dodocene , and mass fraction of catalyst as well as the regeneration of catalyst were studied .The results show that solid super acid sites can be formed in the WO 3/ZrO 2 system when calcination temperatures is 750 ~ 850 ℃ and mass fraction of WO 3 is 5% ~ 25%;both Lew is and Bronsted acidic centers appear on their surfaces and can transform with each other .WO 3/ ZrO 2 solid superacid catalyst shows high catalytic activities and good regeneration in the liquid-phase alkylation of benzene with 1-dodecene .The optimum reaction conditions are as follows :reaction time 45 min., calcinations temperature 750 ℃, mass fraction of WO 3 15%, mole ratio o f benzene and 1 -dodecene 10 , mass fraction of catalyst 4 %.Under these conditions , conversion of 1 -dodecene is 97.3%, selectivity of linear chainalkyl benzene (LAB)is 93.7% and selectivity of 2 -LAB is 71 .4 %.

Microwave Induced Oxidation Process With H 2O 2 for Oiliness Was tewater Treatment

  Oiliness wastewater was treated by microwave induced oxidation (M IOP).The effects of kinds of activated carbon, quality of activated carbon , volume of H2O2 , microwave power , irradiation time and pH on COD removal rate were investigated.The results show that COD removal rate of oiliness wastewater under M IOP can reach 86.8%.The optimal conditions of operation are as follows :5 .0 g activated carbon, mix ed with 50mL oiliness wastewater (mass ratio of solid and liquid is 1 ∶10), microwave power is 480 W, irradiation time is 4 min , H 2O 2 volume is 1.5mL , FeSO4 mass is 0 .07 g , pH is 3 .

   A laboratory and pilot study on refining coker diesel from refinery No .2 of Fushun petrochemical company CNPC by extraction by furfural refining lubricating oil as solvent and with additive was done .The influences of different operating conditions such as refining temperature , the mass ratio of additive and oil, the volume ratio of solvent and oil on the refining results we re examined by the method of single factor .The suitable operating conditions are determined, under which the stability of coker diesel can meet the quality standard of fir st-rate products , i.e ., refining temperature is 70 ℃, the mass ratio of additive and oil is 0.005 , volume ratio of solvent and oil is 1 .0 , refining time is 30 min, and the settling time is 30 min .

Investigation on Synthesis Temperature of NdCoO 3 Nanoparticle

The precursor of composite oxides NdCoO 3 was synthesized from Co(NO 3) 2 · 6H 2O and Nd(NO 3) 3 · nH 2O with so l-gel process by microwave irradiation using tartaric acid as complexing agent and ammonia used to control the pH of reaction solution .The precursor was then characterized by TG-DTA .It shows that black powders are successfully prepared when heated at 500, 600 , 700, 800 ℃ with Ma -fufurnace .The products obtained were characterized by means  of physical techniques including IR and XRD.The results show that under different synthesis temperatures the composite oxides NdCoO 3 with different size and integrity of crystals can be prepared .The appropriate synthesis temperature of NdCoO3 is 700 ℃.

Nonlinear Model Predictive Control Based on PSO and LMI Optimizing Algorithm

        Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and linear matrix inequality (LMI) were used for the design of input -const rained nonlinear predictive controller . A nonlinear predictive control algorithm based on PSO and LMI was proposed. The dual - mode control strategy was adopted in the algorithm. LMI was used for off - line optimization to determine a terminal invariant region to expend the solution extent of nonlinear optimization and decrease conservation degree of the algorithm ;PSO was used for on - line so lving nonlinear predictive control input to avoid so lvingno nlinearprog ramming problems. The stability of the algorithm was analyzed. Simulation results show that the algorithm is efficient and feasible.

  The robust fault - tolerant control for uncertain time - delay system was considered. A design method of robust fault - to lerant controller against actuator and sensor failures was proposed based on time - delay output feedback using Riccati equation and Lyapunov stability theory. The fault - to lerant control conditions for various failures were given. The simulation results demonstrate that the method has a good robust fault tolerant control capability .

Detecting Ice Blockage Position of Gas Pipeline

The reasons of ice blockage in the g as pipeline we re analyzed, and some methods to measure the ice blockage were simply introduced. Some drawbacks in these methods were pointed out. A method to detect position of ice blockage using gas - emitting sound wave was presented. The research indicates that the sound signals obtained from the ice blockage position are random , and various sample recordsin the random progress are not same , so mathematics formulae do not express the relationship. However , those samples have the same statistic properties, and can be expressed by probability statistics. As the amount of sound wave data is big , the process of analyzing the data is very complicated. Through the mathematics deduction of sound wave detecting method, an experiment equipment detecting ice blockage position with sensors was designed and its work principle was introduced in details. In the experiment process , the sound around the pipelines was considered, and the principle to remove noise by wave filtering was researched.
